I have taken the loan from Swift loan app …and the agent started threatening me before the due date…and this doesn’t ends here…after non stop disturbance from their side..i made the payment…still she called me and said payment is done in the wrong account due to technical issue…and told me to pay again and the previous money will be credited…but it’s done yet…plus when I called customer care of the app…they were also rude and not ready to help
