Hi, sir/ Mam. This is Preety Mondal kolkata, Westbengal.I am regular customer of branch Loan application. Last I took a small Loan on 1st july23.. my due date is 1st August 23 for first repayment.. but from 1st week to till today 15th july23 every single day got a several message to repay before due date… otherwise my credit score will be down or even on 15th july23 they informd that they will take legal step… against me… why.. ? I will not tolerate that from several source of branchi- such as AX- Branchi, JX- branchi, VX- branchi etc. If I get any legal torture or harassment without any reason from branch.. I have already talked to customer care chat support. they informed me.. they are working on it. meanwhile any sms I receive just ignore.. bt how can I ignore.Bt still now every single day getting to repay before due date.. otherwise credit score will be down and today already declared that they took legal step against me.on 15th july23.I have to inform to RBI for such type of mental torture.
