By accidentally I had recharge 26/12/2020 Tata sky TV sum of Rs10000 in palce of 100 trasaction ID is TV2012261745907545 Ravi Mallik . I complain about all Incident to tata sky, and they agree to refund on 28/12/2020 and they reverse all the amount but I have not received any refunded amout till date 23/01/2021 kindly help me to refund,
