I am writing this email with deep frustration. Even after the earlier email, I did not get a call from your representatives. We purchased a TV, and it barely worked for a month and was repaired due to some technical issue on the display unit. It has been more than a month, and no proper response to my concerns. Over the years, We have been using many brands for different appliances. Now, I sincerely regret purchasing this television from Xiaomi MI. I will never recommend purchasing your products due to poor after-purchase service.
