Hey, JIO I Saurabh Aggarwal from Faridabad.
I am complaining abouta Jio agent that he has committed fraud with me and has stolen my number.
I booked a choice number 8882599925 fromthe Jio office website two months ago on 21-4-2025 at 5:28 AM. After a day later,I received a call from Jio for activation, and I told them to come home andactivate it. They came home to activate it, but at that time I didn’t check thenumber was activated or not. After some days, when I checked, there was nonetwork on the number. Later, I went to the store to replace the SIM, and they told methat the number was activated in the name of Geeta Devi, while I had activated it in the nameof my wife Sheetal Kumari. How is itpossible that the number is in the name of Geeta Devi? I checked with Jiothrough my source, and the agents who came, activated the number on the sameday in the name of Geeta Devi. I tried to call those agents, but they are notpicking up my call. I have been defrauded by Jio, and I want my number back. How is itpossible that the same day the number is registered in someone else’s namewhile I booked it? I have also sent you the date. Please check, I want mynumber back and take legal action on this as soon as possible, or I can handleit at level . I m giving you a JIO agent number who came to activate number my home 7011100640 / 8882542826. After that ,When I checked through my source, I found out that the alternate numberregistered with 8882599925is 7011100640. How could the do this someome, If I do not get mynumber back, I will file a complaint and will continue to do so. I need actionon this case as soon as possible, and I want my number back. I can’t wait anylonger. A Jio agent hascommitted fraud against me, please ensure that this does not happen tosomeone else in the future. You and my complaint need to be taken seriously.
