Text of Complaint by Pranjal Agarwal:

I ordered an IQOO Z7 Pro, with a promised delivery time of 2-3 days. However, my order didn’t arrive as expected. I reached out via email, and today, I received a message stating that my order was canceled due to being “out of stock.”This is confusing as the item was in stock when I placed my order on Monday and even on Tuesday. The abrupt cancellation has caused me significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the email mentioned a 7-8 day refund processing time. I urgently needed the phone, and IQOO’s service has let me down.
