I want to complain about high MSEB electricity bill

I am concerned about June 2020 Units consumed. It is showing wrong as 488 units in June 2020.
My bill never crossed above 200 units average in entire year 2020.
I have attached Bill
Total bill as of 27-Oct-2020 is shown as Rs.
Kindly fix issues in bill and request you to reduce and update bill online so I can proceed for payment.
