Dear sir/madam,
Today I have orderd a JBL bluetooth speaker from www.getsby.in . The price of the product was 1499 which I have paid through paytm. But they have not sent with any order confirmation through sms or email. Even no delivery date was given.There is not also any cancel option so that I can cancel my order.
So please look into this matter immediately so that I can cancel my order and get my money back. My order id is 2953930968.
