I have purchased a TV MI LED SMART TV 4A 80 CM(32) ORDER ID- OD114665368540366000 from flipkart. TV has been delivered on 13 February 2019, installation and demo was scheduled on 14 February. Billing was COD. After delivering the TV there is no response from flipkart regarding installation nd demo till now. When I talk to customer care firstly they give time upto 19 Feb then extend upto 21 Feb . When I ask customer care executive about the process of cancel the product and refund the money. He told that item is replaceable but money cannot be refund according to his terms and conditions. But I purchased this TV because they are giving installation and demo free as part of billing and they are providing service before 14 Feb. As flipkart is not follow his terms and conditions. So please take serious action against flipkart regarding frauding with customer.
