Respected Sir /ma’am,
I was so eager to work in online data entry jobs as My family have been suffering from money problems,I wanted to give my hand so that I can help them somewhat with my earnings so that I can handle my own daily needs .
I searched jobs on OLX and I found this company called resume filling ,I contacted them immediately as I was so eager to work ,They told me about work but they didn’t ask me if I was fresher in this job and they gave me work of completing 600 resumes within a week ,they told me about agreement between me and them and asked my sign and Aadhar card ,they didn’t allow me to read all the conditions of agreement I was unaware of conditions and about why they were taking my sign,they just asked me to write Initials of my name i.e Mra ,I did the sign and saw terms and condition after signing documents, I was ready to work with them but there was so much of workload, I started this work thinking I have to give 3-4 hrs a day but it was taking whole day as you have to complete 100 resume/day and as you know I was fresher in this field It was taking almost 10 minutes to complete each resume and check it thoroughly as there was one more clause in agreement that If I will make mistake in filling they will deduct almost whole amount so 100 resumes ×10 minutes =1000 minutes( 16.5 hrs approx)and I don’t think I was ready to give this much hour as I have to do my other works too
Instead of this I was working actively for them and I ask them if they can reduce little work for me and I was not denying to do their work I was just asking for little help from their side but they didn’t listen and threatened me in name of legal charges
I am just a college student who just wanted to help my family but they trapped me in their legal procedures and demanding amount of Rs6500 from me
I am unable to pay as I have no source of income and my parents are unaware of it.
I just stopped the work and decided to quit it
Their legal adviser (Mr Rathore) called me today (30/09/2020) and when I called him back he didn’t listen to me and instead he blocked me.
I am under huge pressure an unable to concentrate on work
Please help me to solve this problem otherwise there will be huge problem for me.
