Text of Complaint by Shikha Soni:

I was travelled from jaipur to Dehradun and reached at the oyo home 78170 modern stay prem nagar at 11pm and the responsible personal has locked all the gates of hotels main gate and denied to check in in hotel saying we allow till 10pm only and the said timings has not mentioned anywhere in the bookings confirmation later he made all his phone switch off.
We called and complained to the Goibibo group from where we have booked our Rooms and trip. We had called almost 20 times and convey about our prb at 11 and we almost had waited till midnight 2pm on road to resolved the matter by both side specially Goibibo but they make the conclusion saying that “mam we can cancel your booking and refund your amount”.
This the behaviour and the things any consumer will expect at midnight 2pm in any stranger city which had lockdown of 11pm to 5am. This is not the concern any consumer will tolret paying all money to the organisation and still not finding any room till night and found the room at morning 4am at in black in cost of almost 8000
Can the company calculate my time which I have wasted and how much I was in trouble in night
I want to complaint against both the hotel as well as on the organisation goibibo for the behaviour and harassment.
Kindly take strict action and do the needful in my support
