I wish to complain about  customer service agent that I chat on today regarding information of return of product .

I am complaining because of her misbehavior. To resolve this problem I would like you to take strict action against her because it reflects your company image and impression. As I have large family members who are regularly using services Of Amazo

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted customer service agent Shubhi gupta at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I am regular customer of Amazon and never face any issues of customer service agent like pooja and Avinash. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complain

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to take strict action against her. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternative
