I have attached my car on zoomcar. one guest have booked my car on 7th December and took my car for 5 days but on 11th noon the guest hae made with an accident and the local police have seized my car. Where I am following up with the zoomcar to release my car but they are not helping me. since 5 months my car is still in police custody. I am facing now mental harassment becasue of I ma paying EMI of my car every month 13k to the bank. I need compansation from zoomcar. It’s zoomcar resposibility to pay me for the period till case is not resolved. Zoomcar is not paying any amount. they have also hold my booking amount. I have paid 40k approx to travel from accident location(Darbhanga, Bihar) for the release of my car. but they didnt paid me that amount also. I really need help on this .
