I enrolled with Skill Lync with their PG CAD program. Their sales team got me enrolled me with false promises like lifetime WhatsApp support and resolution to queries within 8 hours and whatnot. They are saying that lifetime access is for the content only. I am okay with that unless there are no issues accessing the content. My content is locked; for the last 8 to 9 months, I have not been able to access CATIA V5, which is a must to complete the content. It seems that I have just thrown away my Rs. 2.25 lakh for nothing.
There is no response to the emails, and there is no WhatsApp support; if, by any chance, you are lucky to talk to someone, the only explanation is that there are some technical errors, and we will resolve them shortly. If you are humble, they will trick you into staying silent.
