Dear Indigo Airlines,
I am writing to bring to your attention the damage that occurred to my baggage during my recent flight with your airline. On April 14th, 2023, I was traveling from Gwalior to Hyderabad on flight 6E 2118/2187, a connected flight via Delhi.
During my travel, I had 5 full liquor bottles of Blenders Pride with me, which are fragile materials. However, when I received my baggage at the Hyderabad airport, I was disappointed to find that all 5 bottles were crushed, and my bag was also spoiled, causing damage to my clothes and important documents. My 5 Bottles are nearly worth Rs 9000.
Upon notifying the airport authorities, I was assured that I would receive a mail within 24 hours and compensation equal to the value of the bottles would be provided. However, to date, I have not received any response or compensation.
As a loyal customer of Indigo, I request that you take swift action to address this issue and compensate me for the damage caused to my baggage and belongings. I have attached images of the damaged bottles, and the Indigo authorities also took photos and have my boarding pass as proof of my claim.
This person from your staff Owaisi Alam / IGA51289 attended me there.
I hope that Indigo, a reputable airline, will resolve this matter promptly and satisfactorily.
