On 18th December 2022, I had asked M/s. Aggarwal India packers movers to share quotation for shifting household goods with Car from Mumbai to Lucknow, he has shared hard copy quotation and online pdf copy on Whattsapp of amount Rs. 59110/- then I requested another two quotes from other two parties and submitted to our company for approval. Company has given approval for M/s. Aggarwal India packers movers as his quote was lowest compared to others. I made Rs. 1000 payment to Aggarwal as booking amount by UPI. Then they came at my house on 20th December 2022 and loading of household material with Car done. I made payment of Rs. 40000/- Then on 21st December Aggarwal has sent revised bill of Rs. 67448 (kind of extorsion) which was not acceptable to me as well as our company. Then I reached at Lucknow on 25th December 2022 and made balance payment matching bill value of Rs. 59110.00 they have unloaded material but unpacking was not done and few items kept at main gate only as a protest against non-payment of additional payment. They delivered household material but hold my Car at warehouse and threatened that Car will not be delivered unless I make additional payment. So I done unpacking from local vendor and found some material damaged then approached local UP police station but no help given by them despite written complaint given to them. So on 29th I reqested local Car delivery man to deliver Car by paying Rs. 2000 So I collected the Car. Now I want compensation for unpacking the material, damaged material, travel cost due to non-availability of Car, loss of salary in company for visiting police station, local transport party and mental sufferings.
