I have lodged a complaint to RBI Ombudsman regarding Punjab National Bank and it has been resolved,however I have not received the compensation of Rs.5000 for the harassment of 8 months.I am writing this since there is no further procedure of appeal as they have closed the complaint,I have attached the screenshot of the complaint number.
