I registered a complaint about a horizontal line in my comapaq 32″TV with my registered ID 20230922051148540, and then Compaq technician visited on September 24 and told me that your TV card would be changed.
But after some time, I haven’t received any answers from Comapaq side. Then I called customer care, and they told me that they’d dispatch a replacement unit in the first week of October. However, today is October 14th, and I’m still waiting for my replacement unit.
