Dear sir/madam,
Under warranty period me Maine 17th august ko apne Compaq Tv ke regarding complaint raise ki thi, 19th august ko technician visit hui aur usne kaha iska led panel change hoga aur usne apne paas se hi company me request send kar di par abhi tak na hi koi replacement aayi hai aur na hi customer care ki taraf se koi satisfying answer mila hai bus yahi kehte hai ke next week tak ajayega par 1 month se bhi uper ho gaya hai please help me sir/madam
