I had bought Compaq tv in October’22 through flipkart, Within 5 months of purchasing it had developed display issues.
I complained to Compaq & the service engineer visited & informed me the display is gone & TV needs to be replaced.
This happened on 8th April & after a lot of follow ups, Compaq informed me the TV will be replaced by 8th May.
I have made several calls & mails but still now replacement is not arranged by Compaq. Refer attached confirmation from Compaq on TV replacement made on 26th April 2023.
I contacted Flipkart customer care without much help.
