I purchased compaq Led tv on last May 2021 via Flipkart. On Feb 23, 2022 there was a picture tube problem in the TV and informed to compaq customer care on the same day. Within 4 days service engineer came and checked the product and they informed to compaq that need to replace it. I wrote an email and also called to compaq customer care to get the status but still now there is no positive response from Compaq.
Please help resolve it. Either replacement or refund is ok for me.
Same problem for my tv too… I received replacement but again the same problem with the new TV also
no service provide compaq tv company . 2months over. yours company service provide and behavior very rough .i am comparing 50 times customer care.
YOU ARE RIGHT WORST COMPANY WORST PRODUCTS WORST SERVICE AND SUPPORT NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ALL
