I HAVE PURCHASE COMPAQ LED 32 INCH TV FROM FLIPKART ON 19-08-2023.WITHIN 24 DAYS TV MOTHERBOARD GOT DEAD (NO POWER ON TV)ON 14-08-2023 I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN (MHR140820230058) CASE ID.AFTER CALLING SO MANY TIMES ON CALL CENTER, TECHNICIAN VISITED MY PLACE AFTER SEVEN DAYS.HE SAID MOTHERBOARD HAS TO BE REPLACED.TILL DATE 13-09-2023.ALMOST A MONTH STILL TECHNICIAN HAD NOT COME TO REPAIR MY LED TV.CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE USE LESS THEY DOES NOT TALK PROPERLY.& DISCONNECTS THE CALL FROM THEIR END.WITHOUT LISTENING.VERY I NEED MY REFUND BACK,I DONT WANT COMPAQ TV TO BE REPAIRED.COMPAQ SHOULD BE FINED HEAVILY ,SO THAT THEY DONT HARESS CUSTOMER ANY MORE.

OR DONT BUY COMPAQ PRODUCT THEY ARE LEASE BOTHER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .THEY DONT CARE FOR COMPANY REPUTATION.
