Dear team
I have order 2 combo offer like 1. Sony head phone 2. Sony earbuds. As per you home page advertising but you have send local and 3 rd class only head phone and it’s a not a quality product .
I have contionuesly contact on your customer care no. But not recived any call or any feed of your customer.
