Booked a ticket on Travolook. They took the money and cancelled my ticket. Their call centre doesn’t work. They don’t respond to email support. There are many complaints like this online against them. Didn’t realise they are a fraud company. Need refund ASAP. and company needs to be taken to task and delisted by all airlines with immediate effect
