I had purchased a candes ceiling with 2 years warrant. After using the fan almost after 8months fan is not working and I have complaint regarding the issue to candes world and they assure that the problem will be solve in 4-7 days but 16 days spent but no technician ever visited nor solved the issue. And I have tried to contact to the customer executive but they are only assuring only.
