I am Amrita Chandra Mondal was senior developer of WRC Technologies Pvt. Ltd,Sector V, Salt Lake Electronic Complex,Kolkata -700091, India.
I have been resigned from the company on 13 July,2017 and company issuing me a cheque of amount 11914.50 for the salary of month July and requested me to delay the drop the cheque for that month.
Now on 28Aug,2017 i have dropped the cheque and my cheque is bounced.
Also company deny to pay the amount to me.please make attention over the matter.

My husband works at Mumbai wakhankar group tuitions. He was working since 2yrs. Employees under him left without serving notice period and they are being paid there last mth salary. They recently due to some conflicts asked my hubby to decide on leaving organisation. And after leaving when my hubby asked for his last month salary they stopped replying and ignoring his msges. I hope some action can be taken regarding same so this does not happen to anyone else.
Please seek legal remedies.
I’m ex employee of sek electricals pvt ltd in delhi thay are not done my full and final since 27 jan 2020 what I do I send so many call massages and mail but thay are not ans me it’s time is very hard for me and my family last 2 months
