My name is Ankush Thakur. Iam from Manali Himachal Pradesh . I have been using Thunderbird 350x 2019 modle for almost 2 years. In the begining everything was fine. But this year around may june month the bike tank started leaking when checked by service centre expert they said that in this model this was a manufacturing deffect and they replaced the tank free of cost of many customers. So they also raised a replacement for my bike tank free of cost and ordered the tank on 7th august 2021 ( Person in charge:- Surjeet Singh ) after that its been 3-4 months there is no response from Royal Enfield no update about the tank. What should i do with this defective bike now i didnt even completed the loan of bike every month i have to paid around 3100 rs and iam paying it regularly but main issue is i cannot even use my bike. Keeping bike standing for 3-4 months in service centre their may be chances of another issue like battery drain and any other issue who will be responsible for that.
I did called customer support many times but they only say that we will surely help but after that result is again 0. Now iam tired of this please help me out anyhow. I
Want my bike completely repaired with compensation.
