On 7th May 2021 I ordered smart watch of crossbeats company model name orbit sports smartwatch in their pre launch booking. On 9th May 2021 company delivered me faulty product which was already being used. So I immediately inform company regarding same issue on same day. Since This company is not available on their customer care number which they have provided I mailed them so many time. Then finally on 18th May 2021 they arrange pick up for their product. Then after that till 27th May 2021 I tried to make contact them through mail then finally on 27th May 2021 they replied me they have received watch and sending it to their technical department for further investigation. Then again after mailing them 3-4 times on 7th June 2021 company replied that replacement of the product is being approved. But due to lockdown delivery will be late and we will inform you once we deliver your product.
Since 7th June 2021 till date I have tried to contact them through mail 4-5 times but still they even not shown courtesy to reply.
When in whole country lockdown was strict company delivered me product in two days and when it’s comes to replacement of the product company is giving me reasons. Company has already received the price of its product on 7th May 2021.
