A week before I applied for internship through shine. Com for data entry, couple days after a company (magnum tech) contacted me for the internship they said I will be given 700 forms which I have to fill in the company software within 7 days my starting date was 22 may 2019 ,on 22 may I opened the link and started working as I saved the first form the software got lagged I thought I was because of electricity and after when tried to login in the software it said that my account is deactivated because of multiple login itrie for two times and still it didn’t open, after that I conatced the customer service they told me to pay Rs 8000 for reactivating my account and if I don’t pay ,they will charge me for the whole internship project on 28 on which my internship will over, they said its my mistake that even when they had send me agreement it was clearly written in that I’m not allowed to login multiple times but when I searched for their company I found that there was already an complaint on them for the same issue, I talked to some other people with whom also it had happened they told that they were also asked to pay the amount, so I request you to take appropriate action regarding this issue because many people including me are troubled, some of them were called by lawyers to pay the charge, please do something about it.
