I tried booking a flight ticket from Kochi to Mumbai through Travolook.in in the name of Kavita Nair, but the booking did not happen and it showed as cancelled. but My card got debited for INR 8888. After assuring me that refund will be credited to the card in 10 days and many days of follow up I got refund of INR2666 after almost 25 days. Then when i called up customer care they said balance amount will be refunded soon. I wrote emails to support but I didnt get any response. Then again i called them up on 28 and i was told the refund is processed and will come to my account on 30th June. It did not come and whenever i call customer care they check the query and disconnects the line. I want to file a complaint against them for not giving my refund and also harassing me mentally as well
