- I am working for Neosoft technologies from last 1 year. Company suddenly told me to leave the company without any prior notice and warnings giving reason my performance is bad which I think is not true reason because I have never got any warnings or notice or I have heard about my bad performance from my head of department. Now company is not paying my Performance bonus of year and also not given me any compensation as they took a sudden decision to fire me. Even though my performance bonus is approved by my head of department . Company is refusing me to pay me. In march, april, may company put me on leave without pay and in June ,July , August they are paying only half of salary. And at last on 20 August they fire me suddenly without notice and warnings without paying me my performance bonus of a year and any compensation
