I booked a flight ticket from Lucknow to Kolkata on 17th April 2021 via Travolook that cost me ₹3859.00. The booking surprisingly got canceled and I was contacted on the same day that I would get the full refund within 10-15 working days. It is going to be the second month that I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted them at least 4-5 times in between but did not see any quick action or development. I want my money back.
