Text of Complaint by MUHAMED ARAFATH P:

I purchased a Panasonic 2.5-ton AC from Melco Electrical Supermarket Pattambi on 13/07/2020 with order number 8062. Upon receiving the product on 13/07/2020, I was shocked to discover that it had suffered significant damage during transit. The AC has Problem with cooling from the beginning we tried to complain about this to the shop and they have tried to fix this issue several times more than 5 times but here the main problem is if they try to fix the problem then it will be clear after 2-month duration it will automatically restart the same cooling issue problem. The last time we fixed it, the Panasonic company maintenance team came and they said they didn’t know what the problem for this product they said they didn’t install this product here and the shop didn’t have the right to fix this but they arranged some unknown technician and did the installation may be because of their mistake it happens so they can’t do anything and they advise me to ask the shop where we purchase. And again I will ask them they tell they will arrange again repair but that’s not happened until now. Now they are telling the warranty is completed they can’t do anything from their side. I have received no satisfactory response or assistance from their side.
They didn’t write anything on the warranty card Also it’s just a plan warranty card.

I have attached the following document for your reference:

I believe I am well within my rights as a consumer to receive a product in proper working condition. The damage to the product not only reflects a breach of contract but also poses a potential safety hazard.

I kindly request your urgent intervention to address this matter and ensure that I am provided with a replacement product or a full refund as soon as possible. I trust that the consumer court will uphold the principles of consumer protection and ensure that my rights are upheld.

Please let me know the appropriate steps to follow and any additional information you require from my end to facilitate a swift resolution to this issue.
