This company call me for online typing work , amd i said yes  as they wants i send me id and after some time they send me agreement  saw this i called them for cancelled this work i don’t want to do this work .but they said you have got to do this work now .

I ignored them at that time, but yesterday i have got a call Again , this was from any advocate . He was saying that he will be case file in court. I told him that i denied for this work . But he said we are not here to listen your argument  and you will be find a notie from court in 72 hours .

Please tell me what should i do for this

And the most things is this , that there is no my sign on agreement which they will send me
