- I have book a hotel room for 2 nights in maldives resort on Feb 11th 2021 through Make my trip. I received booking confirmation ID- NH 7405267662132. After few days I called the hotel re confirm with them. Hotel authority told me that that they did not receive the payment from make just trip and the ID is invalid. Again I reverted the same to make my trip, these people told me that booking is confirmed. Finally, before 4 days of my check in, again hotel gave me a mail stating that my booking id is rejected. Make my trip dragged the issue and they forced me to wait till 2 before my flight departure. Finally, when I was at airport make my trip told me that booking is not confirmed.
- On 19th February 2021, agent of make my trip called me and asked me to book flights as the hotel is asking for flight details. I did that after make my trip agents update.
- For almost 40 days before check in, make my trip is fooling me that booking is confirmed, I realized that they are cheating on me.
- Because of this un confirmed booking and continues calls to international hotel and make my trip, I was into deep pain and tension. This affected me personally as this irresponsible behavior of travel agency affected my husband’s time and leaves in office.
- I’m the one sitting at the airport and trying to connect to make my trip customer care. They ways says I will get call back. But I didn’t get any.
- I have to forcefully stop my journey as I didn’t have the hotel confirmation ( it is mandatory for on arrival visa in maldives)
- Make my trip spoiled our whole plan, gave us fake promises, gave me mental trauma, finally spoiled my travel plan.
