Text of Complaint by Riya Das:

I was assigned with my work and when asked how the company works and what is the whole procedure didn’t provide full information. I started the work and the whole situation is mentioned below which I shared them on mail.

On the last day of submission of my current work. Due to certain issues from company’s end I was unable to continue my work and submit on time. I had even mailed and called the helpline.
* I was trying to login continuously but unable to do so. The whole situation is mentioned on the above mail which I did today. I am also providing the attachment of the login page for your reference against the same.
* I had mailed previously for the correction of the Captchas which was correct but was marked wrong. As the correction has not been done. Due to this number of wrong captchas increased.
* Even the captchas loading page was bit slow. For which I had to work since a long hours in a day. Even at late night as well.
Although faced the issues, I had worked hard since the first day of working to complete the task with less errors.
Kindly pay the amount of my working as I don’t think it was my fault.
When I informed them the full situation that happened with me. The contact person (Yashwant Desai) said it was their fault so one month they will consider and even won’t pay any amount to me. And rest 10 months I have to work or else have to pay ransom of amount to them. Why should I pay? When I asked the whole procedure of company how it works? They didn’t informed me before starting work, then why should I pay? Or else they’ll charge section 73 and 74 on me.
How can I consider that by working with the company this same thing will not happen again. Although my entry was correct it was marked wrong.
And now blackmailing me by texting the message which I had shared the screenshot below.
Here I didn’t find any option to share multiple images and recording or else I would have shared all the proof.
