Hey i am Raaid, so i recently bought this Ipad pro m2 12.9 inch for ₹ 74000 from Itradeit website . The item was delivered to me on 23rd of September, as i opened the package i saw the item which was delivered to me was wrong( it was ipad pro m1) so i texted them on their customer care mobile number on whatsapp but they didnt respond to me till 7 days which is their timeline for return approval, they replied to me after the time was expired and when i asked for my return they denied saying the 7 day limit for exchange has been exceeded. I have screenshot as proof of all the conversations from the day of delivery, the day they didnt respond to the day they did respond and neglected my return approval , i high suggest anyone if you are gonna spend money then just dont spend here as this company is a fraud who sends defected and wrong items and then disappear when asked for return. Also the ipad heats while taking tokes thus showing its a defected item
