Taken a gold loan amount of Rs.65000/-, in the last yearfrom Ruptok, paid all interest on time only one time it is delayed by 1/2 days, but that time company charged nothing to me, but now at the time of closing the loan, company demanding amount of penalty more than 100days, and closure amount around Rs.70,000/-. Company employees not speaking properly, customer care number is not connecting. Still no reply to mail. My loan tenure expires on 11th March, from that time I am following company employees, for waive off charges.
