Dear sir,
I have taken a loan from Dhani on Oct 2020 of amount 5000/.EMI started next month of 120/month. I have attached ECS for automatically deduction of EMI . But company not deducted EMI through ECS . I have self pay EMI through Dhani App month on month . But in this month company dedicated 900/rupees through ECS from my Account and company is not intimated me for the same . When I mail to company then reply comes which money is deducted from my account is for insurance and premium membership . Company is not intimated me at time loan taking process that you have taken a insurance or premium membership in this loan . I think they are making phool to simple peoples . 900/ rupees is much more for people.
I have requested to you take action against Dhani company.
