We had paid Arrivae an advance for furniture design and manufacturing. After advance, their prices shot up by 20-45% on furniture items. They wasted 3 months of ours, were not ready to share designs, and finally they sent us a quote for 3 items to recover our money, from which they backed out as well. Now after we hired a new designer and went ahead with our work, they are forcing us to be billed with designs that we have not signed off on.
