Text of Complaint by Harendar S:

My TV got faulty there were some lines coming in the tv so I registered a complaint in call centre on 01/10/2022 and they sent a technician and they told me that part is not available for this tv model so you’ll get a new tv for which you’ll need to pay extra 20000 Rs. But my tv is under extended warranty period so I denied to pay the amount. What do I do now?
