Hello sir i bought a new dell laptop on 28/03/2021 and from the day of purchase i face few issues like hanging,slowspeed, charging issues and when i complaint about it they ask me to do few steps and i did all but my problem will not been solved and i ask them to do something bt everytime they ask me to do those few steps again and again and no one is giving me proper solution dur to this i face lot of time loss work loss i ask them to arrange a service meeting or send an engineer but they denied they say they want to knw the problem first so after that they see if enginer visit is possible or not i am facing such an big problem due to this laptop from 28th of march till today i talk to the dell support team daily but they dnt take it seriously now they want me to waot dor more 2 days after i dnt know what to do now i want justice now i dont want this laptop anymore because i have a fear that in future i also face the same issue so i want dell to replace my this laptop i am ready to buy an upgraded and an more advanced laptop but i want to change my laptop now
