Ordered medicine from Pharmeasy app on 21st Apr 2023. They committed delivery on 23rd Apr 2023 9am-3pm. I didn’t received delivery till 9.30pm hence called them. They said it will be taken on priority and delivered on 24th Apr 2023 morning. Till afternoon delivery not happened hence checked the application and surprised to see that it got cancelled and also surprised to see that they mentioned “cancelled by customer”. My mobile got switched off due to battery was not charged. When I called them they said we will check with logistic team however it will take 24 to 48 hours.
