Dear Sir,
We had orders HP smart tank Printer 520 (with a free Smart watch) through its seller Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd, Chakan on 12-08-23. First while placing the order, the seller committed delivery till 14-08-23 but they delivered it on 18-08-2023.
Now, the claim was to be made before 19-08-2023 and we made it online claim on HP redeem now site on 20-08-2023 as the invoice was also to be attached.
First the claim was put on hold saying that invoice has not mentioned serial number of product, when we did continuous follow up with the seller, they gave invoice after 7 days. After submitting the invoice to HP, they after 3 days rejected the claim saying you should have submitted claim within 7 days.
This shows that HP and Appario Retail both are making fool of customer.
