Dear Airtel Team,
I am currently having Airtel DTH service at home and based on experience I disconnect my local broadband connection and moved to Airtel, after chasing Airtel engineer (his Airtel badge picture attached) for three day my connection was finally installed, However I asked for Airtel android box + 1 month free HD connection also which was part of the package, I was told I can get it after the broadband is installed, I had raised the request twice and every time engineer calls and say it will be done but no luck, I also reach out to engineer who told had come to my home for registration and told me he will get it done, but still no luck there is no proper communication from engineer and support team, also worst part it after raising the request there is no tracking number, I have below two pending issues where I need some attention
- Unstable speed – 60% of the time speed is good, however rest 40% its poor, hardly 1-2 MB’s, my local operator was providing me better service than Airtel
- Secondly my DTH android box installation + 1 month free HD services, not sure where to reach out
