Dear RBI ,you people are making so many Rules & Regulations against collection , but you people can check that collection agencies are followed their rules or not,if yes so why you people are not taking action against postpe company, because this company really do unethical practice or illegal practice so please take a strict action against postpe I have received 100+ Calls from Post Pe recovery agent in a single day.Also they have threatened me and my mother with abusive and fifty languages.i have talked to Post Pe Customer they just denied that the Recovery agent doesn’t belong to us.
I have lost my registered Post pe mobile and I have intimated them about the same,but they said mobile number can’t be changed
They also don’t give multiple access to app so that I can pay them ,there recovery goons calls 100 + times but there customer services can’t send me email miltiple times. They just harassing me and humiliating me in front of my relatives .This is their zero tolerance policy .Please do something about it otherwise lots of lives on edge due this recovery agents goons
