My Vacuum Clener Kordfree – Eureka Forbes make, paid 19000.00 . The motor got burnt. Eureka Forbes Technician came to inspect and confirmed that it cannot be repaired because the manafurture has stop making this model and spare parts. The Technician confirmed that a refund of 45% would be paid as per the company policy.
After countless messages and telephone calls the machine is still not collected for the refund process.
