Dear Sir / Ma’am,
My name is Sangeeta. v. Gadekar. I have debt of Rs-2260 /- ( last mobile emi). With Home credit.which I was unable to pay for long time, my loan No -4005317792. The lady over the phone said she is calling from Delhi hajuri court about to forward my case no TL715. In front of court under section 420 and wanted me to call Advocate Mr -Amit Sharma, they filed case call him No -9711374220 . In 4 to 3 min ,you will be arrest in your local police station. Mention section of ipc, when I asked to proceed with litigation, and she not listening anything she replied they come arrest you and 6month jail, come Delhi court or call Mr Amit sharma, they never disclosed the name of agency they are calling from Delhi. When I call Mr Amit sharma they said your one emi is due Rs 2260/ and with interest pay 6000/- after that I stop your arrestment producer , to Delhi court. Sir they both are pressurised me you have only 15 min your time start now other wise go to jail.
Sir I understand that the debt need to be paid but corona period I lost my job, in my family am the earning person and my mother is heart patient, and nowdays I have blood arthritis so am not do regular job but am promise I paid single penny each before April this debts also be cleared by my side, I need help to deal with this collection agency because if they mentally stressed due to their behavior otherwise am committed suicide because I don’t have money in 15 min I destroyed my self.
