One company named “Data Annotation” incorporated on 05/09/2017 under the Companies Act,2013 (CIN – U75302PY2017PLC008199), fraudualently collected money (Total Rs. 37988) in the name of different different type of charges such as registeration fee, project work fee, software license fee, withdrawl charges, wallet charges etc. for getting work of data entry and captcha entry work and HR Executive of company, Mr. Aayush Pandey(Wats app no. 9835046763) had taken money from me and told to me to trasfer the amount to his HR Manager Babiya(Contact No. 8809992598) and told me that he will refund the all money after some time such as 30 minutes, 1 hour etc. but he did not refund any amount to me. I kindly request the Higher Authority to investigate this matter seriously and refund my all money as mentioned above asap. Kindly find the attached file in which i have mentioned all wats app chat and all amount collected from me by HR of the company. At last, it is a humble request to refund my all amount asap. I’ll be waiting for your response.
