I was asked to pay Rs. 6,000 and my expired holidays will be activated and it will not expire in future.
Then I requested to book against my previous years holiday and I was told it cannot be done in associated property.
This was never told in starting and when I ask for the refund of Rs. 6000, it is said it is not refundable. This is sure cheating of the customer. Case may be initiated for this frauds.
